How to Return an Item?
Contact us via email at customersupport@varmtalys.com! An RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) will be sent to you. Refunds and warranty replacements are usually processed within 2 business days of receiving any returned or defective items.
Return and Refund Policy
Unused Products: If you are not satisfied with any product for any reason, please contact us for a refund and return instructions with no return handling fee. Return all items in their original packaging within 60 days of receipt, but only if the item is new and unused in order for the product to be sold to another customer. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the cost of the item, but not the return shipping charges.
Used Products: Once a product has been used, it can only be returned if it is defective and covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Defective items follow the warranty policy of the manufacturer of that item. For defective items, VARMTALYS® will pay the return shipping costs and shipping costs for replacement items. Email our Certified Lighting Specialist to obtain an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) to send the product back. When we receive it, we will test it and verify that it is not defective. If the product is determined to be defective, we will send a replacement within 48 hours of receiving the defective product.
Responsibilities and Conditions: It is the customer's responsibility to check the order for missing or damaged products. The customer has 7 days after receipt of the order to check the contents for damages or errors and report these damages or errors to VARMTALYS®. We will then arrange a replacement or exchange for you. Shipping costs for replacement/exchange products will be covered by VARMTALYS®.
