Does it include a transformer, and can it be used with any standard transformer?
These spotlights need to be connected to a low-voltage transformer, and the cables and transformer need to be purchased separately. They are compatible with standard transformers that provide an output voltage of 9~17V.
Are bulbs included?
We offer two options. Please select the "With Bulb" option if you wish to purchase bulbs together.
What type of bulb does this spotlight use, and what is the maximum wattage?
Our low-voltage landscape spotlights can use LED and halogen MR16 bulbs with a GU5.3 base, with a maximum wattage of 50W.
What size transformer should I choose?
We recommend that the total wattage of the connected fixtures should not exceed 80% of the transformer's rated power.
I want to replace it with a 3000K LED bulb. Is that possible?
The fixture supports bulb replacement, allowing for different brightness levels and colors of bulbs. When a bulb fails, you simply need to replace the bulb, not the entire fixture.
How do I install the bulb in the spotlight?
Simply twist and pull out the lamp cover, then insert the bulb pins into the socket.
Does it come with a plug? Are these lights suitable for a 120V system?
No, they do not come with a plug. These lights operate at 12 volts and need to be wired to a transformer.
